Conscious Leadership

Listen to episode #434 of Beyond the Uniform. This podcast, “The 15 commitments of conscious leadership,” covers a lot of ground. I highly recommend giving this a listen if you are a leader, manager, or hope to become one. They cover what they call the “zone of genius” and how to find a career that fits your personal strengths. They cover limiting beliefs about ourselves, and how those can cause us to rule out careers and career paths that we really shouldn't. They talk about integrity and a lot more. If you want to be better – across the board – you ought to give this one a listen.

Magic Spoon

Try Magic Spoon - a high-protein, low-carb, no-sugar cereal. If you're like me, you're nostalgic about Saturday morning cartoons with a bowl of cereal. Or three. You're also a somewhat responsible adult trying to be mindful of what you put into your body. Magic Spoon resoundingly answers that mail and has become a Saturday staple. You can't live off this stuff - it's still not the healthiest food around, and it's pricey - but it does the trick.
