Reading Before Bed
Try reading before bed. Reading before bedtime has been extraordinarily helpful for me in terms of improving sleep duration and quality. It helps to limit screen time, decreases anxiety, and can promote peaceful mind states along with the litany of other benefits associated with reading (e.g. protecting against age-related cognitive decline). Pro-tip: make it a good fiction paired with VRBs Rest Blend about 45 minutes before you want to be asleep.
